TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. PAYMENT

Payment of goods is within 30 days of invoice date and we reserve the right to charge 4% interest over the Lloyds Bank interest rate at time on all accounts over 90 days old unless a reason, in writing, is given as to non-payment.

2. VAT

V.A.T. will be charged at the current rate applicable at the date of invoice.

3. DELIVERY

Delivery will be free of charge for orders over £15.00 or a handling charge of £2.50 will be applied. We reserve the right to forward on any delivery charges we incur for obtaining special commodities or deliveries outside specified area.

4. CREDIT FACILITIES

Credit facilities are available on receipt of our company credit application form completed and returned. These are available from this office.

5. PRICE INCREASES

We reserve the right to invoice at price ruling at despatch date.

6. FAULTY GOODS

Goods considered to be substandard or of faulty manufacture will be replaced free of charge or returned for full credit providing authorised action had beenreceived by the Manufacturer or Suppliers.

7. RETURNED GOODS

Due to new restraints by suppliers our returns policy will be strictly adhered to.

Goods delivered in accordance with customers orders and subsequently returned for credit will be subject to a handling charge of 20% except for goods returned as being damaged in transit and goods subject to special reasons and cleared by our office.

No goods can be returned without clearance from the office and a collection note raised.

Goods over 10 days old will not be acceptable for return unless the product is faulty. (Please note faulty goods terms.)

No goods will be accepted if not in original packaging and fit for re-sale.

Special items ordered cannot be cancelled or returned.

Please note some items are non returnable and are marked in our catalogue.

8. TITLE

No property in or title to the goods sold by Business Office Supplies will pass to the purchaser until the complete payment of this invoice has been paid by the user.

9. LIABILITY

In the event that any products supplied by Business Office Supplies, that through misuse or negligence causes injury or accidents to any person or property then the aforementioned company will not accept any liability.
