DELIVERIES

 

At Business Office Supplies Ltd we understand the importance of receiving your products promptly and efficiently in order to continue the daily workings of your company. Therefore we can arrange deliveries to suit your requirements.

Orders will be transferred to our operating system and sent by EDI to our main warehouse. Dependent on site location, deliveries will be made by our own vehicle or contracted carriers.

We offer a free next day delivery service on orders over £30 (subject to availability) Any orders below £30 will be subject to a £6.50 delivery charge, unless otherwise agreed with your Account Manager.

 

RETURNS

 

Due to new restraints by suppliers our returns policy will be strictly adhered to.

Goods delivered in accordance with customer’s orders and subsequently returned for credit will be subject to a handling charge of 20% except for goods returned as being damaged in transit and goods subject to special reasons and cleared by our office.

No goods can be returned without clearance from the office and a collection note raised.

Goods over 10 days old will not be acceptable for return unless the product is faulty. (Please note faulty goods terms.)

No goods will be accepted if not in original packaging and fit for re-sale.

Special items ordered cannot be cancelled or returned.

Please note some items are non returnable and are marked in our catalogue.
